I have a side project from EPM going on called NeonX, although a really annoying glitch I can't find is causing the game to crash. The game crashes when you point downwards and fly into the bottom of the screen. It freezes completely, requiring a Task Manager close. Since I have no idea what is causing it at all, I decided simply to upload the editable. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. It crashed for me. Aim the gun down and touch the bottom part of the HUD. It froze. D: NT will try looking at it. EDIT: NT cannot find it. He did however learn what mistake he made in making swirling triangles a while back.

I couldn't identify the problem, but commenting out the bottom barrier restriction in the oMan step event code revealed that the object suddenly jumps about 300 pixels when it exits the bottom of the screen (no matter what position the gun is in). I don't know why this happens, but it doesn't happen in any other direction, and although I'm not sure, I have a feeling it's related to your glitch.

Thanks for trying to help.
I'm at school at the moment, but have some frees so I've been trying to fix it. Since GM7 here is Lite, I removed all the "image_angle"s and "draw_line_width_color", and for some reason, the glitch was gone! Confusingly, neither of these functions played any part whatsoever in bouncing off the side.
I'll have to try it at home on Pro to confirm it fixes it though.

Nope. Still happens. I think it's happening whenever a shot you're firing is created underneath the bottom boundary. I'll keep looking into it. EDIT: Just made it so bullets get destroyed immediately if their y exceeds room_height. It works! No idea why.

I've noticed that primitives (as in draw_line_width) can bug up sometimes. Once I got a BSOD when I made a primitive with 1 point, I couldn't replicate it on any other computers (or project files)...
